Shipping policy
Orders Processing:
We process orders between 1-2 business days depending on the product and whether it is customised or not (excluding weekends and holidays). after receiving your order confirmation email and payment. We will send you an email that your order is confirmed. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Our Delivery Partner:
We use Royal Mail and Parcel force and other worldwide shipping companies such as DHL, UPS, FedEx to deliver your order depending on the destination, size and weight of the items ordered. Please note: your order is delivered directly to your doorstep.
Shipping Rates and Shipping Times:
The typical delivery time frame is between 2 to 5 business days however, you may receive your items much earlier. Orders are generally shipped with tracking numbers so you can track them every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.
For all Arts and Craft Materials there is £3.99 carriage charge if the order is below £20. The rest of our products are free shipping to UK Mainland.
